Jenny Hurtz, with a great score of 41 points, won Shirley Caldwell's trophy on Wednesday, April 30.

Runner-up was Diana Benson with 36 points. Front nine winner was Frances Keatinge and the back nine went to Heather Gower.

On Saturday, May 3 ten ladies played for the Monthly Medal and Putting, the third round of the WGU and the Mabel McKenzie trophy. Helen Smith was the winner with 71 nett. Runner-up was Letitia Jones with 72 nett. The front nine was won by visitor Evie Budiman and the back nine also went to a visitor Julie Reed, both from Ashgrove Golf Club. Di Benson won the putting and Val Davidson won the captain's draw.

This week, May 7 to 9 will be the NEDGA three day tournament at Glen Innes. At home there will be a stableford event for a club trophy. Saturday, May 10 will be a stableford event for a club trophy.
